Personal Care Services
Personal Care Service which includes, but is not limited to, assistance with self- administered medications, feeding, oral, skin and mouth care, shaving, assistance with ambulation, bathing, hair-care, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfer activities.
Assistance with IADLs
Assistance with instrumental activities of daily living includes, but is not limited to, light housework; meal preparation; medication administration , shopping/errands, and transportation.
Companionship Services
Companionship services, including providing friendship activities, medication reminders, meal preparation, transporting to medical, social events, shopping and errands. Amplifying benchmarking in order to make users into advocates.
Respite Care
Respite Care provides short-term relief for primary caregivers. It can be arranged for just an afternoon or for several days or weeks. Care can be provided at home, in a healthcare facility, or at an adult day center.
Specialized Care
Specialized Care refers to activities/services unique to a Client’s care needs that facilitate that individual’s health, safety, welfare, and ability to live independently regardless of their age or type of disability. These non-skilled activities/services include assistance with bowel and bladder routines, assistance with medication, ostomy care, clean intermittent catheterization, assistance with skin care, and wound care.
Chore Services
Chore Services are short-term, non-continuous tasks necessary to maintain a clean, safe, sanitary and habitable home environment to maintain clients’ health and safety.
Friendly Reassurance Services
Friendly Reassurance Services refer to making regular contact, through either telephone or in-home visits, with homebound individuals to assure their well-being and safety.
